Lakeside House 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom

Well here today, is not a sim, but instead a house; yes you heard me say that correctly! A house ^^

This is a special birthday gift for a friend, I know she loves the Cabin from Late Night so I went on that idea and the placement of a lot in Hidden Springs and this Lakeside House was born!

In this house, there is one master bedroom and one other room with two singles; Kinda like a hotel...


And it's very centered around green/forest such...

In order to have this house EXACTLY as you see it: You need a LOT of content from both the Sims 3 Store and All the EP's.... I believe...

The store stuff I'm not too sure about, however, I shall make an updated list of links when I gather all the content in the house and where I believe it came from.

    Now to see if my game can handle over two floors and a large lot. Maybe if I put it in a tiny world.... like Barnacle Bay maybe? I'll see what I can do to work around my shitty little pc

      I used Hidden Springs when I made it... I left the location in the description but my stupid ass forgot to put it here -_-
